What you'll do

• Hire, train, coach, and schedule baristas and key holders
• oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, sales, labor scheduling, payroll, and cost controls
• lead service during peak hours
• maintain food and beverage quality
• address guest concerns
• ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
• implement promotions and community initiatives
• oversee events and new store openings as needed.
