What you'll do

• Deliver patient-centered critical care
• monitor ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients
• administer IV medications, drips, blood products, and advanced therapies
• perform continuous cardiac and neurological monitoring
• collaborate with physicians and care teams on individualized care plans
• educate patients and families
• maintain accurate EMR documentation
• participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.

Why this role

Training is available for qualified candidates with ICU/critical care experience or strong PCU experience. Requirements include at least one year of recent acute-care RN experience, an active Florida or Compact RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing, BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire, and TNCC or CCRN within one year.
