The Material Handler, First Shift role is onsite in Batesville, IN, with stated pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour and a schedule of 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Wood-Mizer is an employee-owned manufacturer of portable sawmills, wood-processing equipment, and blades. The handler supports production by safely moving, organizing, and distributing materials to manufacturing departments. Accurate parts handling and steel receiving help keep production operations supplied and organized.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts and cranes safely
• organize parts for manufacturing departments
• locate and distribute parts using the stock system
• assist production as needed
• unload and receive steel
• lift up to 50 pounds waist high
• follow company safety and attendance policies.
