What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, motivate, schedule, and train employees
• serve guests
• scoop ice cream, prepare coffee beverages, pop popcorn, and assist with purchases
• maintain cleanliness and food safety
• perform opening and closing procedures and balance registers
• monitor inventory and restock
• resolve customer concerns
• support daily operations at both shops.
