What you'll do

• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• maintain and install appliances
• inspect resort amenities, buildings, guest units, grounds, pools, and equipment
• perform plumbing and pool maintenance
• conduct preventive maintenance
• keep repair records
• respond to guest and staff maintenance calls
• report major issues
• participate in the required on-call rotation.
