What you'll do

• Prospect commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles
• visit properties and introduce services to decision-makers
• build relationships with property and facility managers
• follow up with prospects and dormant opportunities
• schedule walkthroughs and estimates
• learn commercial estimating and proposal development
• grow client relationships into recurring maintenance contracts
• work with ownership on larger opportunities.
