What you'll do

• Direct multiple design teams executing projects and programs.
• Develop a team of engineers through training, coaching, and nurturing.
• Supervise staff by approving timesheets and running performance reviews.
• Create responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Foster creative problem solving for clients.
• Promote continuous improvement to develop streamlined processes.
• Delegate tasks, forecast workload, and run recruiting activities.
• Drive the quality control process.
• Liaise with clients to maximize affinity and foster relationships.
• Manage portfolio health by leveraging Project Managers.
