What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast and brunch menu items to established recipes and presentation standards
• operate breakfast stations
• execute tickets accurately during peak service
• prepare mise en place and stock stations
• maintain ingredient freshness and storage
• keep kitchen areas clean and organized
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• communicate with chefs and assist with other meal-period preparation as needed.
