What you'll do

• Lead transportation safety, FMCSA and DOT compliance, enterprise risk management, claims, loss prevention, accident investigations, training, audits, litigation support, safety technology, and continuous improvement
• manage and develop safety and compliance professionals
• maintain audit readiness
• coordinate with legal, insurance, and regulatory partners
• respond to serious incidents outside normal business hours.
