What you'll do

• Provide psychotherapeutic interventions and assessments
• develop and revise treatment plans and safety plans with families
• request consultations and referrals as needed
• participate in care planning meetings when applicable
• collaborate with Therapeutic Mentors, families, providers, and DCF
• attend meetings and appointments across community locations
• maintain records, DAP progress notes, billing and service documentation
• follow confidentiality, mandated reporter, training, and clinical requirements
• respond to emergencies as needed and follow on-call policies.
