What you'll do

• Prepare tax provision workpapers, transfer-pricing analysis, and tax filings
• support VAT analysis and tax research
• coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and agencies
• prepare intercompany cost-sharing calculations
• record financial transactions and assist with financial statements and audits
• support U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• partner with payroll and accounts payable
• maintain close calendars and deadlines
• document processes and participate in improvement initiatives.
