What you'll do
- Monitor and respond onsite to alerts involving mission-essential communication sites and information systems
- classify, prioritize, and escalate alerts
- follow procedures for data collection, triage, analysis, and documentation
- help refine playbooks, dashboards, metrics, and detection strategies
- coordinate with stakeholders and assist with network and security incident resolution as directed.
