What you'll do

• Develop firsthand understanding of K–12 customer workflows
• translate customer pain points into structured Vision Canvases and markdown context
• collaborate with developers and AI agents during the build cycle
• validate generated code and user interfaces
• work with designers, engineers, and Customer Success
• support product issues, launches, and internal enablement
• configure product-usage analytics
• maintain acceptance criteria and workflow logic
• review output against product intent
• and help mature the company’s Full Stack Agentic Development methodology.
