Business Development Specialist / Process Engineer

What you'll do

• Research markets, forecast, and manage databases
• identify and build prospective customer relationships through calls, visits, networking, presentations, and negotiations
• collaborate with internal leadership on customer value propositions
• manage time to meet daily metrics and deadlines
• as project demand applies, guide process design, improvement, and troubleshooting
• conduct process simulations, equipment sizing, and optimization
• analyze process parameters and implement corrective actions
• support regulatory and industry-standard compliance.
