What you'll do

• Walk the property daily to pick up trash, remove debris, and maintain dog waste stations and dumpster areas. Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and mulching
• use hand tools and power equipment
• remove snow and apply salt to sidewalks and steps. Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked, report hazards and maintenance concerns, assist with unit make-ready tasks as requested, and follow safety and security procedures.
