Client Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Lead discovery calls and assess prospective clients’ accounting needs
• review financial records and QuickBooks Online accounts for discrepancies and cleanup needs
• coordinate project scope, timelines, and capacity with the bookkeeping team
• prepare and present service recommendations and pricing proposals
• guide client onboarding
• conduct financial review meetings
• manage client relationships and follow-ups
• improve workflows and internal processes with company leadership.
