What you'll do

• Manage attorney calendars and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, meetings, and other proceedings
• track case appointments and deadlines
• assist paralegals with calendaring and case progress
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties
• prepare and maintain legal documents, case files, and correspondence
• keep calendars and case-management systems current
• support workflow across multiple matters.
