The technician builds, changes over, maintains, and optimizes dies while supporting press setups, production efficiency, and product quality. The role also contributes to continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations.

What you'll do

• Build, change over, maintain, and optimize transfer and line dies
• use tool room machinery to repair and fabricate details
• collaborate with press teams on setups
• use GD&T and CMM or gage feedback to adjust tooling
• apply 5S, Kaizen, and 5-Why problem solving
• follow safety and environmental practices
• perform wastewater handling after required training.

Why this role
