What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and individualized care plans
• administer treatments and monitor patient conditions
• report changes to the physician, case manager, or Director of Nursing as needed
• maintain clinical records using a company-provided device
• supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses when assigned
• follow company policies and procedures.
