What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel
• conduct patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeters
• respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns
• monitor pedestrian and vehicle activity
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs.

Why this role
