AI Agile Coach

The AI Agile Coach role is hybrid in Baltimore, MD, and compensation is not specified. The coach supports enterprise Lean-Agile and Product Transformation initiatives, helping the organization move from a project-based to a product-based operating model. The role exists to improve Agile maturity and product delivery by coaching teams and leaders, delivering SAFe training, and supporting Agile Release Train launches and ceremonies. It partners with technology teams and leadership to establish and mature platform teams and the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence.

What you'll do

• Coach RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams, and leadership
• drive Lean-Agile and Product Transformation
• deliver SAFe training and workshops
• support ART launches, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Agile ceremonies
• help establish and mature platform teams and LACE
• partner with technology teams and leadership to improve product delivery and Agile maturity.
