What you'll do

• Monitor the RampUp ticket queue
• review and categorize incoming tickets by priority and assignment
• route requests to the appropriate team member or support group
• respond to routine supplier and internal customer inquiries
• follow up on aging or unresolved tickets
• escalate urgent or complex issues
• maintain accurate ticket notes and resolution codes
• identify duplicate, spam, misrouted, or out-of-Product tickets
• support process-improvement testing
• identify recurring trends
• and assist with job aids, SOPs, and training materials as needed.
