What you'll do

• Lead culinary execution at assigned events
• review event orders, menus, guest counts, dietary needs, timelines, and equipment requirements
• coordinate with culinary leadership, sales, operations, venues, and service managers
• prepare production timelines and packing lists
• lead event kitchen and service setup
• direct culinary staff during setup, service, plating, replenishment, and breakdown
• monitor food quality, temperature, presentation, timing, and sanitation
• prepare and finish pastries and desserts
• adapt recipes for dietary needs
• track pastry inventory and supplies
• train and mentor culinary team members.
