• handle technology transfer matters and related agreements
• draft and negotiate IP licenses, joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology, services, and distribution agreements
• conduct IP and technology transaction due diligence
• provide IP support for corporate transactions in life sciences
• manage substantial components of matters.
