What you'll do

• Assess educational needs and help develop an annual education plan
• plan, implement, and evaluate education and regulatory programs
• coordinate new nursing and employee orientation
• develop competency and validation plans
• teach within clinical expertise
• support patient care by taking an assignment when needed
• coordinate student and faculty placements
• collaborate on community education.
