Parts & Service Support Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls
• assist customers and vendors in person and by phone
• enter orders, check order status, provide invoice copies, and handle special requests
• communicate sales, promotions, and new products
• pick, pack, and ship parts
• move and document materials
• maintain inventory levels and report discrepancies
• monitor shipping supplies
• coordinate with freight carriers
• inspect incoming shipments
• perform cycle counts.
