Catering Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and execute catering events
• supervise, train, coach, and develop associates and temporary staff
• oversee setup, service, breakdown, and follow-up
• partner with culinary leadership on menus
• coordinate staffing, schedules, equipment, and logistics
• monitor food quality, sanitation, and service
• manage labor, food costs, budgets, and performance
• maintain client relationships and food-safety compliance.
