The Line & Prep Cook — Pizza role is onsite in Asheville, NC. Pay is $19–$21 per hour plus tips. The cooks support Highland Brewing’s new taproom pizza kitchen, part of its destination brewery and community gathering place. The role prepares ingredients and menu items and maintains food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. It supports prep production and line execution to deliver pizza and guest experiences while contributing to a positive team culture.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, dough, proteins, and menu components according to recipes
• execute assigned stations during service
• keep workstations organized, stocked, and ready
• follow dough handling, topping, baking, portion, and prep standards
• complete prep lists
• assist with opening, closing, and cleaning
• label, date, rotate, and store products using FIFO
• maintain food safety and quality standards
• communicate inventory or equipment concerns.
