What you'll do

• Provide administrative and guest-service support to hosts and marketing leaders
• handle VIP calls and in-person guest interactions
• coordinate hotel, event, dining, golf, and excursion reservations
• work with internal teams on arrivals and special requests
• promote the rewards program
• maintain marketing materials, guest records, and player notes
• use player-rating and hotel systems
• make public announcements when required
• protect confidential guest information.
