What you'll do
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- perform concrete quantity takeoffs for foundations, footings, slabs, walls, and related site work
- prepare estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
- solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- analyze labor, equipment, material, and production costs
- assist with contract reviews, scope verification, and pre-construction planning
- support project handoffs.
