Foreman — First Shift

The Foreman role is onsite in Lexington, KY, on the first shift as a full-time direct-hire position. Compensation is not specified. The foreman supports the client’s goal of being a preferred contractor, fabricator, and service provider while maintaining a safe, high-performing culture. The foreman coordinates daily field and shop work, monitors safety, quality, inspections, materials, and equipment, and communicates schedules and job conditions. The role also mentors craft workers and trains apprentices to support safe, productive project delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead daily huddles and participate in shop-schedule and foremen meetings
• submit a three-week manpower look-ahead
• prepare daily construction reports
• maintain material logs and updated drawings
• manage field control sheets, duct testing, inspections, fire-damper commissioning, rental equipment, and material requisitions
• mentor craft workers and train apprentices
• attend job meetings and support quality control.

Why this role
