Security Supervisor

Job overview

The Security Supervisor role is an onsite position in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. The supervisor oversees security operations at an assigned Tact Tech Security Solutions site to maintain a safe and secure environment. The role leads security personnel and coordinates site operations, incident response, client communication, reporting, scheduling, policy compliance, and risk assessment. Through staff guidance and operational oversight, the supervisor supports consistent security coverage and effective response to site concerns.

What you'll do

• Manage, train, mentor, and evaluate security officers
• oversee patrols, surveillance monitoring, and access control
• conduct site inspections
• respond to and document incidents
• maintain client relationships and conduct site walkthroughs
• prepare activity, incident, and staffing reports
• enforce security and safety policies
• create and manage staff schedules
• conduct risk assessments and propose security improvements.
