Sales Representative

Job overview

The Sales Representative role is hybrid, with in-person and remote work, based in Austin, TX. Compensation is $125–$150 per hour. EPIC Entertainment’s talent booking agency sells entertainment services and supports event production. The representative builds and maintains client relationships to generate repeat business, responds to inquiries, and prepares quotes. The role also supports event coordination, client service, sales tracking, and the agency’s efforts to expand into new Texas markets.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with new clients and strengthen existing client relationships
• respond to web requests, gather information, and send quotes
• learn and implement business systems
• research industry trends and entertainment ideas
• support event calendar management, information gathering, and customer service
• attend weekly meetings and training
• update sales records, scorecards, and quarterly goal progress.
