The Infant and Toddler Early Head Start Teacher role is onsite in Danbury, CT, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. Compensation is stated as an hourly range. CIFC Early Learning Programs provides education, childcare, and family services to eligible Head Start, Early Head Start, and School Readiness families. The teacher plans and implements activities that support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of infants and toddlers from 6 weeks to 3 years. The role contributes to a supportive classroom environment and children’s preparation for kindergarten and beyond.

What you'll do

• Develop weekly lesson plans for infant or toddler classrooms
• nurture children alongside a co-teacher
• document observations and track progress using Teaching Strategies Gold and Creative Curriculum
• support language development with LENA technology
• communicate routines and updates to parents using Procare and Remind.
