What you'll do

• Own daily and monthly plant financial results and KPIs
• lead site finance support for ERP and MES initiatives and data integrity between production systems and the general ledger
• oversee inventory costing and management with FP&A
• translate shop-floor data into costing, yield, and other reporting
• manage fixed-asset accounting
• lead month-end close
• design and operate internal controls and support SOX readiness and external audits
• build and develop a site finance and cost-accounting team.
