Personal Attendant — Supported Living Services

Job overview

The Personal Attendant role is part-time and onsite in Crescent City, CA. Pay is $19 per hour. The position supports Remi Vista’s Supported Living Services program for adults with developmental disabilities. The role provides direct support that helps individuals build independence and well-being at home and in the community. The attendant assists with daily living activities, implements Individual Service Plans, promotes safety, and maintains required service records.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with activities of daily living as independently as possible, including community access, money management, personal hygiene, housekeeping, meal shopping and preparation, leisure activities, and medication reminders. Transport or accompany individuals to locations outside the home
• participate in case reviews
• maintain required records
• implement Individual Service Plans
• attend trainings and department meetings
• and promote safety.
