What you'll do

• Execute high-volume wok cooking with speed, precision, and consistency
• prepare stir-fry dishes, sauces, and wok-based menu items according to recipes and standards
• maintain heat control and seasoning techniques
• prepare mise en place and organize the station before service
• collaborate with the kitchen team to support line operations
• follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• assist with receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients as needed.
