What you'll do

• Provide customer service and banking functions
• open accounts and handle account inquiries and maintenance
• process teller transactions accurately
• recommend and cross-sell suitable bank products and services
• refer customers to non-bank product associates when appropriate
• distribute loan applications, answer loan questions, interview applicants with completed applications, and verify documentation
• register with and maintain a unique NMLS identifier with appropriate training
• balance cash and branch office daily
• order money and compile currency transaction reports
• assist with branch equipment and operational issues
• follow security and loss-prevention policies.
