What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and emails
• research and resolve inquiries, errors, and complaints
• enter customer orders accurately
• use Excel and other tools for tracking and reporting
• assist with custom printing product setup using graphics software similar to Publisher
• apply math, measuring, and layout skills to order setup
• follow up with customers
• maintain customer relationships
• recommend complementary products when appropriate
• collaborate with production and customer account departments
• and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
