What you'll do

• Manage daily scheduling and shift coverage
• hire and ramp technicians according to rollout volume
• monitor throughput and workload and escalate delays or technical issues
• coordinate physical scan-device hookups with shop staff
• ensure scans meet OEM standards and are documented
• track key performance indicators and audit scan quality
• support new location rollouts and first-week ramp-up
• hire, train, coach, and manage remote technicians.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of automotive diagnostics, ADAS, or remote vehicle scanning experience and 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
