The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Center-Based role is onsite at the center in Wellesley Hills, MA, Monday through Friday. Compensation is not specified. The BCBA supports Radiant Minds ABA Therapy’s one-on-one therapy model. The BCBA designs individualized client programming and supervises behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians while managing a small caseload of four to six clients. Reviewing session data and working with staff and families helps guide treatment-plan updates and consistent implementation.

What you'll do

• Design individualized client programming
• directly supervise BTs and RBTs
• manage and supervise a caseload of 4–6 clients
• review and interpret session data with staff and families
• modify individualized treatment plans as appropriate
• observe staff, hold team meetings, and consult with families about treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
