What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12–15 client service professionals
• set expectations and track response times, quality, and client satisfaction
• coach and train team members
• oversee responses to client inquiries and service tasks
• manage escalations
• monitor quality control
• analyze inquiry trends
• collaborate with product and operations teams to improve workflows and service delivery.
