Manufacturing Prep Cook

The Manufacturing Prep Cook role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with compensation of $16.50–$17.50 per hour. The prep cook prepares ingredients and follows recipes and batch instructions so food items are ready for the next production stage. Accurate measuring, documentation, equipment operation, ingredient rotation, and sanitation help maintain safe and consistent production flow.

What you'll do

• Follow recipes, formulas, and batch instructions
• weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
• document ingredient usage for HACCP and traceability
• operate or assist with production equipment
• store and rotate ingredients using FIFO
• maintain clean prep areas
• report issues
• assist with scheduled kitchen and equipment cleaning.
