What you'll do
- Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, VMware, Veeam, and SAN environments
- troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues
- support firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPNs
- monitor system health and security
- manage patching and upgrades
- support disaster recovery
- provide Tier III support
- maintain documentation
- participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support as required.
