Job overview

The Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician works onsite in Shepherdsville, KY, on first shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday work about once a month from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Pay is $30 per hour. The role maintains industrial fabrication machinery, facility equipment, and building systems to support safe, reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on industrial fabrication machinery
• troubleshoot mechanical issues
• assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
• perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs within training and authorization
• maintain power tools and equipment
• replace bulbs and repair fixtures
• change HVAC filters
• perform minor forklift and delivery vehicle repairs, basic plumbing repairs, facility maintenance, and groundskeeping
• report major repairs and safety concerns.
