Weekend Caregiver

Job overview

The Weekend Caregiver role is onsite in Medford, OR, providing care in clients’ homes. Compensation is $22 per hour. New Outlook Home Care provides care to aged and disabled clients and requires open weekend availability. The caregiver assists clients with personal care and household tasks, provides medication and nursing services as authorized with nurse assistance and training, and follows each client’s care and service plan. The work supports safe, individualized care and helps clients with daily needs in their homes.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, and appointment arranging
• assist with light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, prescription pickup, and meal preparation
• provide medication and nursing services as authorized, with nurse assistance and training
• follow the client’s plan of care and service plan.
