Regional Marketing Leader

The Regional Marketing Leader role is onsite in Pontiac, MI, with compensation of $100,000–$120,000 per year and travel up to 20% of the time. Limbach Facility Services delivers building systems solutions, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems for existing facilities. The leader executes approved marketing priorities across assigned regional branches and serves as a marketing partner to branch and sales teams. The work supports branch growth through proposals, campaigns, events, customer stories, market research, and sales-enablement materials aligned with national brand standards.

What you'll do

• Execute approved branch marketing and go-to-market plans
• develop proposals, presentations, collateral, and sales-enablement materials
• coordinate local campaigns
• provide quarterly regional marketing updates
• lead local event planning and follow-up
• identify case-study and customer-story opportunities
• support customer presentations
• coordinate customer interviews, surveys, award submissions, and community initiatives
• conduct local market research
• maintain project plans and status reporting
• apply approved messaging and brand standards
• track results and lessons learned.

Why this role
