What you'll do

• Provide technical direction to structural design engineers or designers
• research building codes and coordinate with building authorities
• plan and coordinate structural engineering work and prepare calculations, sketches, and technical comparisons
• prepare Revit models
• liaise with clients, agencies, contractors, and design teams
• prepare or review construction documents, specifications, and estimates
• seal documents for agency submittals and address review comments
• review submittals
• conduct construction observations and prepare reports.
