The Screenprint Float role is onsite in Falconer, NY, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports Lakeshirts’ screenprinting production and facility operations. The position helps keep production moving by unloading garments, handling materials, assisting operators with workflow, and maintaining clean, safe, and organized production and common areas. High school education is desirable but not required.

What you'll do

• Unload printed garments and prepare products for the next production stage
• assist operators with workflow, material handling, setup, and department needs
• move garments and supplies
• remove scrap and waste
• clean production floors and common areas
• sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and workstations
• restock supplies
• report safety concerns.
