The work helps collect outstanding balances, improve patient financial experiences, maintain office relationships, and strengthen team performance through training and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform assigned revenue-cycle activities under best practices and internal procedures, including insurance verification, coding review, claims submission and rejection management, follow-up on claims, denials and appeals, customer service, statements, collections, credit balances, refunds, and payment posting. Meet productivity and quality standards
• collaborate with providers, front-office teams, finance, compliance, and credentialing
• provide training
• participate in weekly huddles
• maintain coding, payer, and patient financial compliance
• document patient and payer interactions
• monitor and analyze collection rate, days in AR, aged receivables, and ticket resolution
• identify process improvements and escalate compliance concerns. Dental office workflow and revenue-cycle experience are required.
